A skip link is the first thing a keyboard reaches: a control that exists so a reader can leave the
navigation without tabbing through it. It is invisible until focused, and it points at the id of the
main region.

```tsx
import { SkipLink } from "@asheeui/web/section-kit";
<SkipLink targetId="main" label="Skip to content" />;
```

## Why it is web-only

A skip link compensates for a browser's tab order. The platform's focus order and accessibility rotor
move through a screen without a document landmark to skip to, so the platform package does not publish
the name at all. `asheeui/section-kit` therefore does not carry it, and a shared file that imports it is
correctly a compile error on a device.
